Logic:

CT detects is there any or how much current stream flowing to/from the grid, then it sends signal to tell inverter to reduce or increase output power accordingly.

   Based on power limit value set on inverter display

  ●  Only works with goodwe CT

Logic:

3-phase EzMeter communicates with the inverter and detects (on each phase) if there is any or how much current stream flowing to/from grid, then feedbacks the data to the inverter, which will know how much power (in total) it should produce after calculation.

Warning:

For the connection, CT1 (connected on Ia & Ia*) must be connected to the same phase line with Ua, same for CT2 & Ub, CT3 & Uc.


Wrong wiring will cause inaccurate data detection which further lead to malfunction of solar system.

Anti-Reverse solution for a three phase inverter ( MT series )

1. Purchase an EzMeter from GoodWe and CTs from GoodWe or anywhere else 

2. Put CTs on main L lines and connect CT cables to EzMeter CT ports

3. Connect L lines and Neutral line from anywhere to EzMeter power ports 

4. An RS485 cable is used to communicate between inverter and EzMeter

5. Press EzMeter button to set CT ratio 

6. Press inverter button to set the limit ON and Ratio

Anti-Reverse solution for multiple three phase inverters

1. Purchase EzMeter and EzLogger Pro from GoodWe, CTs can be purchased from GoodWe or anywhere else

2. Put CTs on the main L lines and connect CT cables to EzMeter CT ports 

3. Connect L lines and Neutral line from anywhere to EzMeter power ports 

4. An RS485 cable is used to communicate between EzLogger Pro COM4 and EzMeter 

5. Connect inverters to EzLogger Pro COM1/COM2/COM3

6. Connect a laptop to EzLogger Pro net port and run ‘ProMate’

7. Set power/current limit in the ‘ProMate’

EzMeter + CT detect curent flow and communicate with Ezlogger Pro, then EzLogger Pro sends commands to inverters to drop output power.

Logic:

EzMeter + CT detect curent flow and communicate with hybrid inverter, 

then inverter will keep extra power charging battery or drop inverter 

production to achieve power export limit.

Anti-Reverse solution for one hybrid inverter ( ES, EM and BP series )

1. Purchase a CT & EzMeter unit from GoodWe

2. Put CT on the main L line, and connect Ethernet cable from inverter to EzMeter

3. Connect inverter wireless signal ‘Solar-WiFi’ with a phone and run PV Master app

4. Switch ‘Export Power Limit’ to ON and set ‘Power Value’
